Group Registration Process

 

Thank you for your interest in participating in the AFS Forum 2025.

If you would like to register a group of participants (e.g., from the same organization or institution), please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Send Group Registration Details
    Email the following information to contact@afsforum2025.com:
    • Your billing address
    • The number of participants in your group
    • The type of registration for each participant (International Delegate or Local Delegate)
    • The email address of each participant
  1. Invoice & Payment
    Upon receiving your information, we will prepare and send an invoice for the total amount. Please note that validation and confirmation of payment may take up to 2–3 weeks once the transfer is received.
  2. Receive Group Registration Code
    After payment is confirmed, we will issue a registration code for your group. This code will allow each participant to complete their registration without going through the payment portal.
  3. Individual Registration Still Required
    Each participant must register individually on the official Forum website using the provided code.
