Lucy Chioma Aniagolu is a visionary entrepreneur UNDER 30 shaping Africa's future
through entrepreneurship, Agribusiness innovation and youth empowerment. As the
founder of Agrodemy Technologies, a social enterprise, Lucy leads a dedicated team in
providing transformative agribusiness training, education and information
programs/products to existing and aspiring agricultural entrepreneurs across Africa.
With a passion for vocational education and entrepreneurship, Lucy has developed a
user-friendly learning platform AGRODEMY.NET that has positively impacted thousands
of Africans .
Her academic achievements as the first female undergraduate of Genetics and
molecular biology specialization at the Department of Zoology and Environmental
Biology in the University of Nigeria(UNN) , including a Postgraduate Diploma from
NUTM ( Nigerian University of Technology and management) and a Mini MBA from
Tekedia Institute USA, complement her practical expertise.
Recognized for her entrepreneurial acumen, Lucy has secured prestigious scholarships,
demonstrating her commitment to driving growth and innovation. In 2023 she was
named the young rising star Agripreneur of Africa by AGRA Through WAYA. As an
advocate for sustainability and the SDGs, Lucy's leadership extends to her involvement
with IFAMA, YOUNGO and the CYMBG of the United nations. She passionately
champions youth empowerment in agriculture as the 2023 NGIN Ambassador for
Nigeria Through her journey as an entrepreneur and leader, Lucy inspires others to
pursue their dreams and create positive change in their communities.
